PA to Production Manager

Shanghai

Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, and fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Production Manager’s calendar and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting.
