PA to Production Manager
Shanghai
Fleet Luxury is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Production Manager in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of the Production Manager’s office. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, and fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Production Manager’s calendar and appointments.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
